The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts - Processing Time & Shipping Time:
Processing time: Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. This includes Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving our warehouse, orders usually take between 7 and 18 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on the country and shipping delays which are out of our control. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to become active and updated. Please see the shipping table below for more information.

Note: Orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing delays, strikes, severe weather conditions, coronavirus, etc.
Exceptions apply.Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list:
Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

● The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. ● Deliveries might take longer than expected because of the incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances. ● Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 24 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that any request received after 24 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 24 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All EU orders will not be subject to any import duties, fees & taxes. For orders outside the EU any import duties, fees & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (delivery), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Should you change your mind about your purchase, you have 24 hoursafter purchase time, to cancel your order. After 24 hours, orders are processed immediately in real-time to our warehouse for shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If your order has been shipped, and you wish to cancel your order, you will need to wait for your order to arrive at your specified shipping address and send it back to us for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. A tracking number must be provided for returns. Please note that return shipping rates are beyond our control. Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. Apologies as our team can make mistakes. If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.
Return / Exchange Process
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.
Exchange Request Instructions
Please follow these instructions for the Return Request:
1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is size, please use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement
- The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer (the address displayed on your package). You will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us first and follow the instructions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (2-8 days).
Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet (within 2-8 days), first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Secondly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if we have sent the wrong size by accident or if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Received damaged / defective Item
If your order has arrived damaged or defective, we will send a replacement for free or process a refund, depending on your choice. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received a damaged / defective/incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
To return your product, firstname.lastname@example.org more information, stating your order number and shipping address so we can track your order. Once verified, we will reply within 24-48 hours with our return shipping address and the steps to take. A tracking number must be provided for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Usually 7-14 Business days.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
